Bongani Fun-dation is the public-facing umbrella platform that brings together the broader vision, creative direction, and areas of work. It creates a space where education, arts, culture, storytelling, media, creative development, and community-focused work can come together. Through the appropriate structures and partnerships, Bongani Fun-dation can support the development of projects, programmes and opportunities that turn creative ideas into meaningful experiences.

SKYGRACE (PTY) LTD

SKYGRACE (Pty) Ltd provides the commercial creative structure through which creative projects, services and opportunities can be developed and undertaken.

Its work can include:

Commercial creative activities
Creative production and services
Film and theatre-related opportunities
Project development
Creative consulting and production support
Other lawful commercial activities

KRAFT MEDIA NPC

Non-Profit Organisation

KRAFT MEDIA NPC provides the non-profit structure for qualifying public-benefit and community-focused work within its approved objectives.

It can support appropriate initiatives in areas such as:

Public-benefit and community-focused activities within its approved objectives
Education and literacy initiatives where permitted
Arts and culture activities where permitted
Community development activities where permitted

Youth and creative programmes where permitted
Activities aligned with its PBO and Section 18A approvals

NOZUKO HLATHIKHULU

FOUNDER, AUTHOR & CREATOR

At the heart of the vision is Nozuko Hlathikhulu, the founder, author, award-winning actress and multidisciplinary creative behind the initiative.

Her experience across acting, theatre, writing, lighting, sound, production, film and television continues to shape the creative direction of the work. Original creative works developed by Nozuko remain under her ownership, with the appropriate permissions or licences used where her work is developed or presented through the organisations within the structure.
