Our work is organised around five connected areas. The purpose stays consistent while the setting, audience and programme can change.
EDUCATION & LEARNING
We believe learners can engage more deeply with their studies when they have opportunities to see, hear, perform, discuss and experience what they are learning.
A reading book does not have to remain on a page. With appropriate permissions and collaboration with schools and rights holders, educational stories and drama material can be adapted into performances that let learners experience the material in a new way.
Our aim is not to replace the book. We aim to help learners engage with it differently.

STORYTELLING, BOOKS & MEDIA
Our creative work explores how stories can move between different forms — from writing to theatre, from theatre to books, and from stories to screen.
Original stories and published works that can educate, entertain, and start conversations.
Live performance and theatre projects that bring stories and ideas into shared spaces.
Developing screen-based storytelling, film projects and creative media work.
An original work that began as a theatre script, became a funded school performance and was later developed into a book. One story. Different ways to experience it.

COMMUNITY & SOCIAL IMPACT
Communities have different needs. Our approach is to develop appropriate programmes through partnerships rather than assuming one programme can serve every community.
We are interested in exploring appropriate creative, storytelling and educational experiences for children and young people in settings where access to these experiences may be limited, subject to institutional permission and requirements.
We can explore partnerships around youth, literacy, creative, educational and community initiatives where our objectives align.
Where suitable funding and partnerships exist, community-support initiatives may form part of our work.
Our community work is designed to respond to real needs through responsible collaboration, appropriate permissions and sustainable programme structures.
